1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Delimr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Delimr provides automated scope analysis and change order drafting for freelancers and agencies. We do not guarantee the legal accuracy of change orders, and the user is responsible for reviewing any generated drafts before sending them to clients.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription or one-time basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule where applicable.Refund Policy: Delimr maintains a strict no-refund policy for all digital services. The only exception authorized for a refund is the case of a verified duplicate charge (double payment). All other payments are final, and partial months or unused periods are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Delimr, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
